Jaw crusher is commonly known as jaw breaker, also known as tiger mouth. It is a crusher which consists of two jaw plates, the movable jaw and the static jaw, to simulate the movement of the two jaws of animals to complete the material crushing operation. Widely used in mining and smelting, building materials, highways, railroads, water conservancy and chemical industry in a variety of ores and large materials crushing. The compressive strength of the crushed material is 320Mpa.
The crushing method of the jaw crusher is a curved extrusion type, and the operating principle mainly simulates the movement of the two jaws of animals. When working, the motor drives the belt and pulley, and the movable jaw moves up and down through an eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw increases, thereby pushing the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. The material is crushed multiple times through squeezing, rubbing, and grinding between the two jaw plates; When the movable jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw decreases, and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring. The crushed material is discharged through the discharge port at the lower part of the jaw cavity under the action of gravity. With the continuous rotation of the electric motor, the moving jaw performs periodic crushing and discharging, achieving mass production.
Jaw crusher is commonly known as jaw crusher, also known as tiger mouth. Widely used for crushing various ores and bulk materials in industries such as mining and smelting, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy, and chemical engineering. The compressive strength of the crushed material is 320Mpa. Jaw crushers are mainly used as coarse crushers and medium crushers in mining, building materials, infrastructure and other departments. According to the width of the feeding port, it can be divided into three types: large, medium, and small. Machines with a feeding port width greater than 600mm are considered large machines, machines with a feeding port width between 300-600mm are considered medium machines, and machines with a feeding port width less than 300MM are considered small machines.
