Tanzania Hydropower Concrete Batching Plant

Introduction:

In the previous month, Zhengzhou Corey successfully sealed a contract for the supply of two HZS120 concrete batching plants intended for the Tanzania Hydropower Station Concrete Plant project. With preparations in full swing, the batching plants, each equipped with vibrating mixers, are set to make their mark. Today marks a significant step as the externally sourced vibrating mixers, along with the vibrating platform, main frame, PLD3200 batching machine, belt conveyor, and weighing system—produced in-house—are being loaded onto trucks, ready for transportation to the designated worksite.

Productivity and Efficiency:

The HZS120 concrete batching plant boasts remarkable potential. While theoretically capable of generating 120m3 of concrete per hour and producing 2m3 per cycle, the practical output stands at a commendable 100m3 per hour. With an estimated daily output of around 800m3 over an 8-hour shift, this plant can yield a staggering 25,000m3 of concrete each month. This substantial capacity addresses the concrete requirements of most construction teams, catering to sizable projects. Featuring a JS2000 forced concrete mixer and a discharge height of up to 3.8m, the HZS120’s merits extend beyond high mixing efficiency and quality to encompass compatibility with a wide array of concrete compositions.
